Do you offer a collection service?

If you are in the Foest of Dean we do offer a collection service on orders over £100

Can items for scanning get damaged?

Unfortunatley with media that is old there is always a risk of damage. We try our best to avoid issues during the assessment process. If we think there are problems we would contact you.

I have video tapes, how long before they wont scan?

Difficult to say. Our advice is if you have tapes get them done as soon as possible.

If You Have Mold On Your VHS Tapes Beware

Mold on your tapes can act like glue. What happens is the tape when it plays snaps at the point of the mold. In this instance this tape broke a total of eight times and had to be sliced back. Then hand spooled as this video shows.
